Игорь, давай прошей оригинальный BIOS, потом перепроверь. От BP может быть много проблем.
L2 можно увидеть по факту - программой которая читает скорость чтения/записи разных блоков.
SpeedSys странно работает на процесссорах выше P1, я пользуюсь rspeed.
Вот мои результаты с Thunderbird и Pluto (GA-7IXE), размер кеша сразу видно по факту.
